Community Guidelines

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Front Row is a place for fans to follow their teams, talk sport, and hang out with other fans. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone using the Service, and what happens if you don't meet that bar. They apply to profiles, posts, comments, reactions, chat rooms, community servers, and direct messages, and they form part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited conduct

The following is never allowed on Front Row:

Harassment and bullying. Targeting another user with repeated unwanted contact, pile-ons, intimidation, or content designed to degrade or humiliate them.

Hate speech. Attacking, demeaning, or dehumanising people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious illness.

Threats and violence. Threatening, inciting, glorifying, or organising violence or physical harm against any person, team, or group.

Sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. Any such content or activity will be removed immediately, the account permanently banned, and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Crime Agency and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, team, club, league, athlete, or organisation, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any of them.

Spam and manipulation. Unsolicited advertising, scams, phishing links, fake engagement, or repetitive off-topic posting.

Illegal content or activity. Sharing content that is illegal to possess or distribute, or using the Service to plan or carry out illegal activity.

Other harmful content. Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing (sharing someone's private information without consent), and content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights (see our Copyright & Takedown page).

How we enforce these guidelines

Front Row does not pre-screen content before it's posted. When content or conduct is reported to us or otherwise comes to our attention, we review it against these guidelines and may take action on a case-by-case basis, generally following an escalating ladder:

  1. Warning. A first or minor breach usually results in a warning and, where appropriate, removal of the offending content.
  2. Content removal. Content that breaches these guidelines may be removed without a warning, particularly for repeated or clear-cut breaches.
  3. Temporary suspension. Repeated or more serious breaches may result in a temporary suspension of your ability to post, message, or use certain features.
  4. Permanent ban. Severe breaches (including anything involving minors, credible threats of violence, or serious repeat offending) result in immediate and permanent removal of your account, without warning.

We may skip steps on this ladder where the severity of the conduct warrants it, and we may take action against accounts, not just individual pieces of content, where the pattern of behaviour justifies it.

How to report something

If you see content or behaviour that breaches these guidelines, please report it using the in-app report option on the post, message, or profile in question, or by emailing inbox@prismal.co.uk with a description of the content and, where possible, a link or screenshot.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.

Appeals

If you believe we took the wrong action against your content or account, you can appeal by emailing inbox@prismal.co.uk with your username and an explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will review appeals in good faith, but some decisions — in particular, permanent bans for content involving minors — are final.
