Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Front Row, the website and application available at frontrowapp.co.uk (the "Service"), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Front Row is operated by Prismal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16715501), whose registered office is at 7 St. Ambrose Road, Widnes, England, WA8 0AJ.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes anyone's rights;
  • Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • Use the Service to send spam, scams, or unsolicited promotional material;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by scraping, overloading, or introducing malicious code;
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in breach of any applicable law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, at our discretion. Full detail on what we consider acceptable, and how we enforce it, is set out in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Front Row a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to post it. Front Row acts as a neutral host for User Content: we do not select, review, or endorse User Content before it is posted, and we are not responsible for User Content posted by others. We may still act on User Content we become aware of, including under Section 7 (Copyright & Takedown) and our Community Guidelines.

5. Direct messages and communities

The Service includes direct messaging, chat rooms, and community servers. You are responsible for your conduct in these spaces. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor or moderate communications, and we may remove content or restrict access where we consider it necessary.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Front Row offers an optional paid subscription tier ("Pro"). Payments are processed for us by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

Billing cadence. Pro is billed either monthly or annually, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe (currently £4.99 per month or £39.99 per year). Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, matching your chosen plan) until you cancel. You will be charged using your saved payment method at the start of each new billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage plan, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you are a consumer in the UK, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. Because Pro provides digital content and services that begin as soon as your subscription starts, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin supplying Pro immediately and you acknowledge that, once we have begun supplying it, you lose the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for that billing period. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time as described above, or any other statutory right you may have.

Refunds. Because Pro is supplied and consumed on an ongoing basis, payments already taken for a billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has begun, except where required by law (for example, where the Service is faulty or materially not as described) or where we agree to a refund at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at inbox@prismal.co.uk.

Price changes. If we change Pro pricing, we will give you reasonable advance notice before the change applies to your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after that notice period means you accept the new price; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Copyright & Takedown

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same.

Notice and takedown. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to inbox@prismal.co.uk. Full details of what to include in a notice, our counter-notice process, and our repeat-infringer policy are set out on our Copyright & Takedown page, which forms part of these Terms.

Legal basis. As a UK-hosted service, we rely on the hosting defence available under the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, which means we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to infringing material once we have actual knowledge of it. For users in the United States, we additionally process notices in line with the notice-and-takedown procedure of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Counter-notice and repeat infringers. If your content is removed following a copyright notice, you may submit a counter-notice as described on the Copyright & Takedown page. We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Third-party content, data, and trademarks

The Service displays sports data, scores, statistics, team names, logos, and related information sourced from publicly available third-party sources.

Front Row is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, WNBA, UFC, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, FIFA, or any team, league, or athlete. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

Sports data and statistics are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

9. Streaming availability and affiliate links

The Service indicates where games may be available to watch and may include links to third-party streaming services. This information is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate or current. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or pricing of any third-party service.

Some links in the Service are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up for or purchase a service through them, at no extra cost to you.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that any data displayed is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account from the Settings page, or by emailing inbox@prismal.co.uk. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law, disputes, and complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at inbox@prismal.co.uk so we can try to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you have under UK consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to the extent required by applicable law.
